The purchase of products from Graduation Sash is governed by these terms and conditions. By placing an order with Graduation Sash you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Acceptance All orders are subject to approval of styles, quantities, fabric availability, and our ability to meet schedules/deadlines. Graduation Sash will email you confirmation that your order will begin production. Please allow up to 6 - 8 weeks to be made as all orders are completely customised. We can advise an approximate time if requested. Artwork We will provide you with artwork/layout for your approval and it is your responsibility to check the spelling of your personalised text along with all colours/styles/layouts. We will print your layout exactly how you have approved the artwork we have supplied. If you are unsure of colours or layouts please contact us as we would be more than happy to assist with samples. If you need a professional opinion on layouts or colour combinations please let us know. Delivery We use either Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway or TNT and aim to choose the fastest method possible. Please note however that we have no control over their delivery service as this is a separate business from us. Please also ensure that you have entered the correct postal address as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses supplied nor for the delay in delivery if you are not available at time. You may incur redelivery fees. If your item arrives damaged by the courier company please contact us immediately as we take out insurance on all deliveries. Product Description Stock Graduation Sash will not liable for any damages incurred caused by the customer after the purchase. This includes the loss of the product. Do not leave it too late to check your goods (eg the week or day of your graduation) it is completely impossible for us to redo your order in that timeframe. We do not offer change of mind refunds. We do not offer refunds if you decide that the product is not up to your liking (Colour, print, design) Cancellations All orders are considered "firm and binding" when an email of agreement to proceed has been received. Our process of ordering the fabric and screen template begins. We do not start printing until either full payment or 50% deposit is made. When payment is received that is when the 6 week turn around is calculated. No cancellations are accepted on finished merchandise unless faulty. If you want to cancel or make changes to your order you need to do so within 7 days of the "agreement email" being received. You will however be liable to pay the artwork fee of $25.00 for cancellations or changes.. Privacy Graduation Sash takes the protection and proper use of your personal information seriously. We respect your privacy and take great care to safeguard information in our possession. We do not share customer information (including email addresses) with any third party unless we are legally required to do so. Explanation of our printing and sewing process All our sashes are printed with a thermal printer (not screen printed) so the ink/foil adheres to the actual ribbon thread...this means that you may find that it doesn't have FULL coverage like you would with screen printing...this is how we keep our costs down. Screen printing involves a larger process by creating an actual template that is used on the material which is then printed and put through a tunnel for drying...making the ink visibly thicker on the material. However the costs are substantially higher. We use the screen printing technique only with our FULL COLOUR sashes. All sashes are cut with either pinking shears or scalloped edged scissors. This is to prevent fraying. All stoles are either screenprinted or printed with special sublimation transfers. The stoles can be either sewn first and then printed on or, depending on print style, are printed on large satin fabric panels, cut and then sewn. It is important to note that ALL our stoles will have a 1 inch gap on the seamline to allow for the removal of the sewing machine foot. We then "poke' that seam back inside before final pressing. This is not normally visible however if you find that there is a gaping hole and very visible please let us know. Sometimes is is just a matter of ironing that seam again. If you have any questions please email us via our contact form Price Match If you see the same exact item/s on another Australian registered ABN online store, we are more than happy to Price Match the total competitor quoted cost. Conditions as follows: 1. Competitor must be an Australian ABN registered company and currently open for business. 2. Competitor product is identical to our listed product (size, colour, fabric, style cut, stitching, material, no amendments). Please provide an artwork from the competitor company within your email. 3. You must provide us with an original competitor quote/invoice addressed accordingly from the competitor company to your company name and billing address. The quote/invoice must show 3a. The current date (no more than 7 days out from day of request) 3b. Amount in dollars per item 3c. The total dollar amount owing 3d. Specific description of each individual items ordered (e.g Colour, style, print, material) Once we confirm that the quote is genuine, our team at Graduation Sash will go ahead with the Price Beat deal. If deemed to be non-genuine, we will not honour the Price Beat deal. 4. Our Price Match deal is not always guaranteed. However we will do our best to always provide top quality products for our customers. 5. Our team will have final say in whether or not to honour the Price Match deal. Price Beat If the opportunity persists we will offer the Price Beat deal only if our team see it's fitting for the product and order. This deal will include a 10% discount of the total competitor quoted cost. Our team at anytime can apply or cancel this offer. Conditions as follows: 1. Competitor must be an Australian ABN registered company and currently open for business. 2. Competitor product is identical to our listed product (size, colour, fabric, style cut, stitching, material, no amendments). Please provide an artwork from the competitor company within your email. 3. You must provide us with an original competitor quote/invoice addressed accordingly from the competitor company to your company name and billing address. The quote/invoice must show 3a. The current date (no more than 7 days out from day of request) 3b. Amount in dollars per item 3c. The total dollar amount owing 3d. Specific description of each individual items ordered (e.g Colour, style, print, material) Once we confirm that the quote is genuine, our team at Graduation Sash will go ahead with the Price Beat deal. If deemed to be non-genuine, we will not honour the Price Beat deal. 4. The Price Beat deal includes: An overall 10% discount on one order per person. We will not issue this deal to repeat customers. 5. Our Price Beat deal is not always guaranteed and we do not do further discounts from the first negotiated Price Beat deal. However we will do our best to always provide top quality products for our customers. 6. Our Price Beat deal of 10% discount can not be used with any other offers or deals. |
