What’s the difference between a sash and a stole?

Technically, they’re similar, but we differentiate by style and fabric.

  • Stole: Resembles a scarf, with a “U” or “V” shape at the back of the neck, made from double-lined bridal satin.
  • Sash: Can be worn around the neck or across the body, pinned at the waist. Made from satin deluxe material, fastened with a sash pin or velcro.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Timelines depend on the product:

  • Stoles: 4–6 weeks (1–2 weeks for plain stock colours like white, navy, maroon).
  • Sashes: Around 2 weeks.
  • Gowns: Varies by type; bulk orders may take longer.

    Delivery is via insured couriers (Australia Post, TNT, Aramex, Couriers Please).

What printing finishes do you offer?

What is your return policy?

We don’t have a formal returns policy, but we treat every request fairly. If your product is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll reprint or refund once the item is returned. Refunds are not available for change of mind, used items, or customer-caused errors.
