FAQs

What's the difference between a sash and a stole?

The definition is technically the same however we tend to differentiate by style. The stole resembles a scarf-like item of clothing which comes in a "U" or "V" shape at the back of the neck. The stole is also made of double lined bridal satin. The sash can also be worn around the neck or across the body, over the shoulder and pinned at the waist. A sash is made with satin deluxe material and either a sash pin or velcro is used to fasten the sash.

What are the measurements of our graduation stoles and sashes?

Stoles - 60" or 72" in length and approx. 4.75" in width.

Sash - 1.8 mtrs for shoulder sash and approx 1.7 mtrs around neck style sash which are both 100mm in width.

We can custom make sizes to suit.

What are the minimum quantities I can order?

Plain Stoles  screen printed - minimum 50 stoles

Stoles with trim, sublimated or screenprinted - minimum 50stoles.

What types of printing finishes are available?

Is my sash or stole colour going to be the very exact colour I see on my monitor?

We try our best to match the colours of all our threads and fabrics to what is displayed on your screen. Please understand that all monitors are configured differently, the colour of what you see on the monitor may be slightly different than our satin fabric however it is fairly close. When screen printing or embroidering we go by pantone colours so please advise this when placing order.

Postage will be based on the weight of the sashes/stoles. We use Australia Post, TNT, Fastway and Couriers Please and do not take responsibility for how and when they deliver. We go by each carrier's delivery guidelines and have no control over them as they are a separate business.

Where are you based and is there a phone number to contact you on?

We are based in Kingscliff NSW. Our preferred method of contact is via email. We find it easier this way as not all our staff come in on the same day so when someone needs to clarify something from the order they can look over past communication that has been done via email. We also get super busy printing sashes and definitely can't leave our printers running on their own. If we are constantly answering phone calls this delays our printing process and if it was your order being delayed I am sure you wouldn't be too happy. We will try our very best to answer the emails with as much detail as clearly as possible. If you still have a question that is easier answered over the phone, send us an email with your contact details and we will phone you back as soon as we can.

We confidently stand behind our products 100% and offer a total satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, due to our negligence, and report it to us within 48 hours of receiving your order, then we will make all efforts to remedy the situation either by replacement or if that is not possible, by refunding your order in full.
